Under certain circumstances, the supplier may have problems with the delivery and the package will automatically be returned to the sender.
This can have various causes, such as an incorrect address, the courier could not find the address or an error in the courier's system.
Regardless of the reason for the return, we will of course help you to solve the problem. Please contact us using our contact form and share directly with us your shipment tracking and order number.
Please note, however, that we usually only have the same information available, and we first will have to inquire with the courier to find out what caused the issue.
