If you believe that items are missing from your order or that you have been sent the wrong products, we recommend the following steps:

If, after checking again, something is missing, or you have been sent the wrong product, please contact us with your order number, a few pictures of everything you received, including the front and back of the packaging showing the barcode. These details and pictures will help us determine exactly what went wrong.
