How do I use my discount code or gift card?

To use your discount code or voucher code, follow these steps:

1. Select Check Out in your shopping cart
2. In your shopping cart, you should see a field in the top right corner with the option "Discount or gift card" (see image below)
3. Enter your discount code or voucher code in this
4. Press the "Apply" button

Please note that codes are not case-sensitive. Nevertheless, we recommend that you copy and paste your discount code to ensure that the code is entered correctly.

For some products that are already heavily discounted, you may not be able to use a discount code.

For a gift cards, if the order value is lower than the voucher amount, the remaining value will remain on the gift card.

If you believe there is an error or your discount code is not working, please contact us. We will do our best to help you as quickly as possible. Please also let us know which code you wanted to use.
