If you have a tracking and your delivery is still within the specified delivery time, please wait to see whether your package will arrive on time.
Tracking received, within the delivery time, but the tracking does not update
If the tracking is not updating, there may be a technical error with the shipping partner. In this case, please also wait to see whether the package will arrive within the specified delivery time.
Tracking received, but the order is not within the delivery time

Tracking received, and it says that the order has been delivered, but you have not received it

Received tracking, and it says that the order is on its way back to the sender

Not received tracking within 1 to 3 working days of ordering (unless a longer period was specified)
